By registering as a Publisher on the QRSBN (QR Code Standard Book Number) system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms:

1. Legal Deposit Obligations

Publishers must comply with the legal deposit regulations applicable in their country of registration.

2. Accuracy of Information

Publishers guarantee that all data and information provided during registration and QRSBN application is true, accurate, and verifiable.

3. Legal Verification

Publishers agree to undergo verification and examination of legal documents submitted.

4. Use of Data

Submitted data will be used for QRSBN registration and issuance, publisher identity and legality verification, national bibliographic records, and official statistical reporting purposes.

5. Publisher Responsibility

Publishers are fully responsible for the accuracy of content and substance of registered works, compliance with copyright and intellectual property rights, account security, and updating data if there are changes in identity or legality.

6. Sanctions and Suspension

The system administrator reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or revoke access of publishers found in violation of these terms and conditions.

7. Changes to Terms

The system administrator reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
