Join as a guardian of publishing quality. Selection is strict: document verification by the admin, then Assessor Training in the QRSBN LMS. You become an Assessor once you pass and are certified.

Applicant requirements
- Holder of an official ID, aged at least 23.
- At least a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 3 years of publishing experience.
- Competent in at least 3 publishing areas.
- Affiliated with a publisher that has completed or is undergoing QRSBN Verified Publisher as proof of leading by example.
- Recommended in writing by the affiliated publisher's head.
- Available for at least 4 assessments per year.
- Agree to 10 commitments and sign digitally.
- Willing to complete the LMS Assessor Training.
After acceptance
You receive a Candidate Assessor account and must complete the QRSBN Verified Publisher Assessor Training (32 study hours):
- 8 modules: publishing regulation, ethics & independence (ISO 19011, COPE), 22-item instrument, evidence-based assessment, inter-rater reliability, visits, reporting.
- A quiz per module with a pass mark of 80.
- A case-study assignment graded by the QRSBN team.
- A final exam, then a QR-verified certificate is issued and your status becomes Assessor.
