QRSBN Verified Publisher

An online governance assessment of publishers by two independent assessors across five aspects: institution, operations and quality, human resources, facilities and information systems, and performance. The result is Grade A, B or C.

Requirements

  • Approved QRSBN publisher account with a complete profile
  • At least 3 validated QRSBN titles in the last 12 months
  • An official website

Online process

  1. Fill in the form and upload evidence for each aspect
  2. Administrative check by the QRSBN team
  3. Scoring by two assessors, clarifications and an online visit if needed
  4. Decision, a 14-day appeal period, then the certificate is issued
  5. Annual surveillance reports during the validity period
